OUR VISION
We want all children and young people to have an equal chance at success – inside and outside of the classroom. Children are our future and we want them to overstand their value in the world.
OUR MISSION
We exist so that children and young people – no matter their circumstances or the labels society has attached to them – grow up to be fulfilled, lifelong learners. In a nurturing environment, we’ll support them to challenge and replace their limiting thoughts, attitudes and behaviours – and become more resilient young adults in the process. For those children without a vision for their future, we’ll equip them with the tools to make better executive decisions that help change their lives over time.

We believe that all children deserve to be listened to and to have their needs met while being shown love, respect and compassion
All children should have opportunities to learn about life and themselves
All children can grow up to love learning once they understand that academic weaknesses aren’t an indication of intelligence or their capacity to learn
Children aren’t ‘disruptive’ ‘unfocused’ or ‘inattentive’ for no reason – it means their imaginations haven’t been captured yet – and they deserve to be inspired at school
Transformation is best achieved with community and has the most chance of being sustained when a child’s family, peers and teachers are involved
